"We were very happy with how well the club was operated and the coaching Shelby received from Coach Robert and Coach Nick. We feel that Shelby improved with her volleyball skills and had fun while doing so. We also liked the fact that practices were never cancelled or not beneficial."

"...speaking for my self, the girls were great this year. I enjoyed watching every minute of it. High drama, sportsmanship, dedication and commitment. Building character is why we do this, right. I saw a lot of it this year. Saw a lot girls did deep and find it!"

"Our experience with Terminators Volleyball club has been a very enjoyable one. Our daughters confidence, in just one season of club volleyball had improved tremendously. Practices and games help improve playing techniques, but also to improve self esteem. I felt the club coaches were invested in my daughters success. Every girl had skills to work on, so when one made a mistake, they supported her as they knew that would be reciprocated. Every girl on the team improved during the season. We believe our daughter now has the confidence to push forward with a more rigorous and competitive training program that will be required for her to go from being a girl that loves volleyball to one that will flourish! We support the club's decision that the girls selected for the team, while all good volleyball players, must also exhibit strong character and committment to the team. We would welcome the opportunity to be a part of the Terminators team for another season."

"I would like to thank you so much for changing Bailey's life. The wisdom, confidence and heart you showed while leading the team has been an inspiration on and off the court. Your influence on Bailey's life is immeasurable. The skills and lessons you have taught her will be amplified over her lifetime. You really encouraged Bailey to be the best in whatever she does. You encouraged her to be "Bailey" in every situation. You allowed her to find the funny side of everything when most coaches would have frowned upon that. You appreciated her for who she was and boosted her self esteem and corrected her gently. I believe in my heart that EVERY child should have you for a coach at some point in their life. I will forever be grateful for making Bailey a better person and a better player. She believes and has found the passion, not just anyone can lead a soul to find that inside their heart. You are an inspiration to the coaching world."

"I just want to thank you for being a wonderfully amazing coach. I started off the season as a volleyball player. A girl just wanting to have fun. Now, thanks to you, its more than that. I have the fundamentals to be an excellent player. It's more than a game now. It's more of a passion. You not only taught me how to excel in the sport, you taught me how to have a passion and truly love every minute of it....I can honestly say you are the best coach I have ever had..." Ashley, player
"...This was our first experience in club volleyball and we didn't quite know what to expect. Our decision to sign up with [this club] was directly influenced by our conversation with you at tryouts. We really appreciated how you answered our many questions which, in turn, made us feel comfortable.
Your coaching style and coaching ability was very much appreciated. You were firm when necessary, believed in the girls even during the trying moments, continuously offered them support whether they were struggling or playing their best and your were fair. Your genuine interest in working with the girls and helping them to develop was very apparent throughout the season...."

"What an awesome season. This was our first experience with club volleyball and I could not have asked for a better coach. My daughter not only has acquired great volleyball skills, but a true sense of team camaraderie. She really has learned the rules and strategies of the game. She plays defensive back, but was trained well enough to implement her skills anywhere on the court. She is a well rounded volleyball player. I really appreciate the personal attention the girls received from the coaches. Serious volleyball, but lots of smiles all around. It was a great learning environment. My daughter not only had a great volleyball experience and fabulous memories, but skills that are lifelong. It's been a great journey.
We would do it all over again!"

"I am sure you know we are very thankful to have had you as a coach this season, but we have to say it once again. Firstly, thank you very much for a great volleyball season. You gave 100% of yourself in coaching our kids and took them from being volleyball beginners to girls that want to play volleyball forever. You have given them drive and commitment and that is exactly the outcome we hoped for when we joined your team...."

"I wanted to say Thank You so much for your wonderful teaching skills and how grateful we are that Kirbie has improved so much through out the year. Kirbie had only played Middle School Volleyball and the training and experience she received over the season with you was tremendous! Her serves, her spikes, her attitude and all around skills have improved so much in just one year!"

"Luke has had a wonderful experience with you as his soccer coach. Luke is now ten years old, and you have coached him for the past four years. Not only were you a positive role model in Luke's life, you also gave him insight on how to improve and become a better soccer player. You were never negative, and your positive thinking and encouragement could be seen in the children...."

"My son had the incredible good fortune to be assigned to your soccer team as a 5 year old. The team was always co-ed and always based on teamwork, sportsmanship and learning the game. Your gentle, consistent guidance was no doubt a factor in Reed's ongoing interest in the game of soccer. As long as you were coaching the team, Reed's interest in the game and progress in developing his skills remained unwavering....Your capabilities as a coach, role model for health and fitness, and perspectives about sportsmanship and character have been strong, positive influences in Reed's development."

"I have known Ron and Dorothy for years. They not only are great coaches, but skilled players. As commissioner of Town & Country, I have seen firsthand the progress made by girls on their teams. They are both demanding and considerate of each player. Not many husband and wife teams complement each other as well as the Cimarosti's do. My daughter, Emily, was on a team they coached just this summer and she thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Any girl would be lucky to be on their team."

"Katie enjoyed the opportunity to play on your basketball team. You continually focused on fundamentals and provided very fair opportunities - not just focusing the team's efforts around the best players, instead looking to improve everyone's skill. You never seemed to focus on the score or winning, however the team did very well. Not only did Katie end the season with improved fundamentals, she has many great memories. Thanks!"

"Brooke absolutely loved being coached by Coach Ron and Coach Dorothy. Not only was every practice fun, they spent considerable time individually with each player improving their skills. Every game was followed up with a short analysis with all the players talking about what they did well and what they needed to work on. After one season with Coach Ron and Coach Dorothy, every season after that was started with Brooke asking 'Can I get on Coach Ron and Coach Dorothy's Team again?'"

"Ron and Dorothy coached our daughter and it was a great season all around. Their commitment to the girls on the team was evident from the first day of practice. Their attention to teaching fundamentals and mechanics was important and valuable to the girls. They are strong teachers of the game and work hard at everything they bring to practice and games. "
